We've been around since 1986 and we've been building integrated DMS systems since the mid-nineties. And we must be doing something right because in all that time we haven't lost a single client. But we've been hiding our lights under a bushel.

Those shy and retiring technicians have been working their bytes off in the back rooms at Baldock and every year we've massively upgraded the software (free of charge to all clients, of course). EnglandNet and interoperability is good stuff, and long overdue, but we've been making wholly interoperable systems for 7 years. All our clients can, if they choose to, see each others data. And not only see it but work with it, book to it, jointly publish it and share it with their call centres and fulfilment houses. All without compromising their own customisation. You can have your own data classifications, your own search trees, your own publishing options, your own passwords, commissions, websites and kiosk interfaces. But you can also share data in less than a day.

In fact, we've been so busy making truly useful, truly efficient, truly robust and well-serviced products that we haven't been nearly busy enough telling everyone. We've even let it go on being called roomcheck when it hasn't been "just a booking system" since 1997! Well this year (2002) saw the biggest release ever (so big it had to be broken into 3 stages) and now we have a product of such capability that all we really need is a lot more "challenging" clients who want to do difficult and exciting things. So we've changed our name, expanded the team and we're ready to show you how it all fits together…
